Modern communication technologies and education system have bought about numerous changes in the role of males and females. Since people watch different television channels and use social networking sites, they know about lives of different parts of the world. This is significantly modify the mentality of people who now feel that both the man and women can work in all the fields of activities. Education, business, administration and research. As a result men are encouraging the women to gain education and to work for paid jobs. Hence unlike the women in the past the present women are participating in all economic activities. Also, Eventually women have become not only the earning members but also decision makers of their families.
These changes have played important role in improving our living standards. As both the male and female work for paid jobs, there is a significant increase in the overall family income. Consequently, family members attain better education, healthcare, and entertainment facilities.
